Exhibitor Intake:
Monday, July 14 from 1-7 p.m.
Tuesday, July 15 from 8-11 a.m.
Exhibitor Premium Pickup (during the Fair):
Thursday, July 17 from 4-6 p.m.
Friday, July 18 from 3-5 p.m.
Saturday, July 19 from 4-6 p.m.
Entry Pickup:
Sunday, July 20 from 12-4 p.m.
Any entries left after this time will become property of the Fauquier County Fair, Inc.

How to Register with FairEntry
Virginia Egg Council's 2025 Recipe Contest
Meant to be broken egg-specially during the holidays!
The Virginia Egg Council is searching for delicious recipes, suitable for serving during the winter holidays, that contain a minimum of four whole eggs. You can enter an appetizer, a main dish (especially brunch dishes), a dessert, a beverage, or even something appropriate for gift-giving.
To enter, submit an item of your creation to fit the requirement above along with the detailed recipe during Building Exhibitor Intake (Monday, July 14 from 1-7 p.m. or Tuesday, July 15 from 8-11 a.m.). You do NOT need a FairEntry account to enter this competition!
The Top-3 winners will be eligible to represent Fauquier County and compete in the state finals at the State Fair of Virginia on October 4, 2025.
